In Rooster Road, the Medical Support Kit is represented as a special rescue box. When the player receives this item, you will have the chance to revive the rooster if it is hit by a car.
Specifically, when a collision occurs, the chicken will turn into an egg instead of being eliminated immediately. The egg will then hatch into a new chicken, allowing the journey to continue without too much interruption.
You start by controlling the chicken standing at the edge of the road. Observe your surroundings to determine the direction of traffic.
When you see a safe space, left-click to move the chicken forward to the next lane. This requires precise timing because cars are constantly moving and very fast.
If you want to stop and wait for a safer moment, simply release your mouse, and the chicken will automatically move backward. Because it doesn't stop by standing still like in Sprunki Jump, you need to combine moving forward and backward to avoid being hit by cars from both the front and the back.
